★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric and his team designed my first Sports Physiotherapy clinic "INSYNC PHYSIOTHERAPY" on Cambie Street over 5 years ago and recently helped with our 2nd location in North Burnaby. All I can say is that they came up with amazing lines & had a creative & innovative approach in optimizing function. Love them and highly recommend them! Thanks Guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric is truly and deeply concerned with listening to you and giving you the custom home you want. He goes way above and beyond to provide all the perks and incentives he can possibly afford to his staff. His striving for excellence during the construction phase can slow the process a bit, since Vancouver talent is hard to come by, but you want your home to last many lifetimes so you have to put that into perspective.

The process can be quite overwhelming and it was nice when they got a sense of our design style and limited the options to something palatable. The pandemic threw a curve ball in the process but we were still able to touch base online and in person when selecting the various finishings.

They spent time listening to what we wanted and gave us feedback on things that we didn't consider. They are experienced and professional and worked hard to design the home that worked best for us. Projects are diverse and interesting - single family, multi family development and commercial. I received very good training and the management team is very strong and approachable.
