★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery driver was courteous, but the dispatcher needs more training on customer service etiquette. I called in to double check my delivery time and was cut off mid sentence. If he were to just spend a few more seconds and allow me to finish what I had to say, he would understand why I was following up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called for a delivery earlier in the week and called back once after to confirm the delivery window (in times of Covid) due to having personnel available to receive the package. Time and day was confirmed. Delivery was attempted the day before the actual time and day. Driver called me and I asked him to return next day before a certain time. I thought no harm no foul. Delivery day and time comes and nothing. I called dispatch and was told "Oh we weren't told about this and it wasn't me." Also, that delivery was scheduled for later than the requested window of time for delivery. No apologies just asked me where to send the package to...
On the plus side, delivery driver was very friendly and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with this courier company; have been using them for years and years, always had good experiences. FAST service, and the cheapest rates I've found - and ALWAYS willing to try to help you out. I think they must treat their employees really well. Apparently everyone there has been there for a decade or more - not like most courier companies where they treat employees badly and turnover is very high. Anyhow - this place gets my vote!
