★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bearings of a wheel on my wife's wheelchair broke. I looked at several stores and other repair places. SelfCare staff spent time looking for a replacement wheel. When they couldn't find wone, they then realized they might have a replacement part for my wheel. After another search they found the right part and installed it. They were incredibly kind and helpful.

She assisted me with arranging for healthcare support equipment on very short notice I was given for a surgery and helped me choose the right products and arrange delivery, ensuring it arrived on time and in perfect condition. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. The lift chair I rented has been an absolute godsend during my recovery. Don’t know what I would have done without it. Highly recommend selfcare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother's stairlift needed a replacement part however the company that installed it was no longer operating. I called around to other companies however they did not want to help stating that they didn't want to service a lift that was installed by another company. It wasn't until I spoke to Flavia in customer service at Selfcare that I finally got the help we needed, she was amazing! The technician Nando did a wonderful job and my mom can zip around her house again. Very greatful to these wonderful people at Selfcare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company really came through me. My 100 year old father's lift chair broke and I was able to rent an excellent quality lift chair and have it delivered very quickly. This was not just a mobility issue for my father, but also a health issue, as his legs need to be elevated to prevent fluid build up around his heart. In particular, Flavia was so helpful and she understood the urgency and helped to resolve this stressful situation very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ these are the most unprofessional company i have ever had the misfortune to do business with. I bought an evolution walker, very pleased with the walker, but had 2 wheels break, instead of getting a warranty the staff member i spoke to insisted that i purposely broke the wheels by using the walker as a wheelchair, they were rude and condensing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a recent injury I need a lift chair, hopefully for a short period. We found SelfCare - the rental price is reasonable for something that will assist in my recovery and the customer service has been outstanding!
Flavia was able to accommodate my request for a lift chair in a size they didn’t have at her location and it was delivered the next day. She helped me choose the right chair by communicating with me via text photos since I couldn’t get into the store. Delivery was on time, courteous and professional, I really appreciate the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted my review readers to know if you ever need to go to a place with your mobility needs I highly recommend National I've been a client of there's ever since I became disabled and in need of my wheelchair whenever I've had a problem with it ill give them a call with no waiting or very little waiting time they take care of the problem and make sure I'm on my way safe and sound and there prices for different mobility needs are very reasonable so give them a call you'll be happy you did.
