★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been needing a brace for an issue with a tfcc, called around to 6 places and no one had any idea where I could get what I needed. Called them and an appointment for a few days later and walked out with what I needed a few hours later which was badly needed. Yes, it may need an adjustment in a few weeks, but already can feel the difference from what I was using and less pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The VOG Vancouver Orthopedic group is fantastic!! From the manager Tom to the staff member Michael who I had pleasure of helping me. I have been seeing them for awhile now. They are knowledgeable , care about the patient and the needs to insure you have the correct equipment, bonus they also take status card if so required. thanks for great service and all your hard work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and always working for the clients best interest. I have been an amp for 24 years and there’s is no one else I would trust than the Vancouver Prosthetics Group. My leg fits so I can fly as a commercial pilot, instruct scuba diving, snow board or sit at a desk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Rotationplasty Prosthesis built here in 2015, the quality of workmanship was subpar. The leg lasted a year and cost over $15000. The Manager of the company did not take any responsibility for the subpar workmanship and provided zero recourse. This company is typical of the predatory nature that exists in the prosthetic industry. Think twice before acquiring their services.

And the pedorthist that I thought I could trust and seemed so
helpful turned out to be not only ruthless but two faced
Traumatic ending to everything just becuase the pedorthist had made assurances and promises and agreements regarding assisting me with the foot issues, telling me that they are there to help, there would be no charges (after I had inquired about what to pay).
And after a small number of visits, I received an extremely rude email telling me off and informing me all upcoming appointments had been cancelled. I had done nothing wrong at all.
I tried to reach out to the attending pedorthist who had blocked me !
How very rude and childish, really. He must have been given hell from the heartless owner and hence felt I was the cause of that, when the fact of the matter was, HE was th eone who refused payment, and told me they were there to help. And I believed him.
And what results did I get?
Being demonized and blamed by both.
