★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High Quality Product, but extremely poor customer service. I was about swipe my credit card and then decided to walk away. When a told a rep who has a pony tail that you lost a customer, he had the audacity to wave me leaving the store.
I still bought the same product online and in-fact cheaper than their price.
Will never be coming back to this location ever again, but will buy online.
Extremely disappointed with attitude of that individual. May be a bad apple in that store.
Alisha on other hand was very helpful and did her best, but I guess she is not the boss :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I didn't know they have their own store neither they have a clothing collection. I knew about their backpack, super durable. The store has men, women backpacks and accessories. There is also a great area with 30% off. The staff was super helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good! God sales in the back room. Manager is nice. Staff is good. A bit annoying that they're still doing store capacity limits. Is that still required? It sure isn't at Costco. Maybe it was an inventory monitoring precaution breather than a COVID measure. The former, I would understand when it's super busy.

I love fjallraven products. My experience with products are mostly amazing. So I was quite excited to check out Kitsilano store and buy some jackets for my partner and me.
It was my first visit this store (Kitsilano broadway branch) but after my experience of today I would never go back.
I walked into the store this afternoon, and there were two staff and they were friendly talking to each other. I thought that was nice but there was no greeting. But It was not a big deal to me. I just thought that they were too busy for other things.
But all of sudden the staff greeted very friendly to another customer who were coming behind me. I was a little bit confused, but whatever, I just moved onto shopping. But no help. I wasn't felt comfortable to being in that room so I just decided to leave the store. And when I was leaving the shop, the staff didn't greet me as well but oh well that's okay you dont have to greet to all but as soon as another customer comes in, they charmingly greet them and gave compliment of this customers' outfit.
I don't know how to interpret this situation but it was definitely not the greatest experience.
I would never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this my first experience with Fjallraven I could not be more impressed with the staff at both the Kitsilano and Broadway locations in Vancouver. The staff was helpful without being pushy and worked with me to find a suitable exchange when the first item I purchased online did not fit quite right. The complementary tailoring service is a great bonus too. I am having my pants taken in and hemmed free of charge. I will be a repeat customer.
