★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a long time to find someone who could modify my backpack. I needed to have the lid of the pack removed and put on straps so that it could articulate and let me carry bigger loads. This was the only place I could find (based on a recommendation from Valhalla Pure) and I am so glad that I did find them. This was not a simple piece of work and it was done really well. If you need help with technical gear, check 'em out.

I have used this business several times over the past few years and have had only one issue which was 50% my fault.
The other almost dozen experiences were positive and good quality results.
I have had tents, tarps, designer jackets, packs and rain gear all repaired here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for a zipper fix, the lady there is super nice! After examing the problem, she took actions right away and actually fixed the zipper for me in minutes. Instead of charging us money she actually offered helping for free! I would definitely go there for any clothing repair in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you live close by and do not care too much about quality, then this might be an ok place to take your repairs. I had some modifications done on an awning (not cheap) and the workmanship was poor. Also some stitching was missed. I am glad I looked over it and had it fixed while I waited, otherwise it would have meant going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with a pretty odd alteration request for a dog collar and the (I assume?) shop owner immediately went into problem solving mode to find a solution. She could tell I'm a little picky haha so she insisted on doing the alteration right away for me so she could show me the steps and I wouldn't have to worry about it. She even ended up lowering the originally agreed upon price because the alteration ended up a bit easier than expected. Overall a very excellent experience!
