β β β β β I really like this place. It's a bit far for me so sometimes I take my leather bag to other places to get fixed when needed. However, I end up wishing I just brought it here instead in the first place.
I brought in my leather bag to be fixed the other day. The bottom pieces fell off. They had the replacement part I needed in store, which can be fairly hard to find. The other place I brought it to originally tried but did not have the right pieces needed. Friendly service too. Highly recommended.

β β β β β No wonder this business has close to 5 stars! Inquired about a bag and stroller that needs fixing. Was politely told that they couldnβt do it but gave me leads as to where I can get my stuffs fixed. Kind people :)

β β β β β I brought very damaged and stained suede boots here to see if they could be restored. And although they said they don't offer such service, they still took plenty of time giving me detailed advice and answering my questions for free. They also didn't pressure me whatsoever into making any purchases. I felt like I was receiving genuine, honest advice from a friend with expert knowledge in the field of shoe and leather care and repair. Thanks to their great advice, I was able to restore my shoes myself pretty well and mask most of the discoloration. I will definitely trust this shop with my shoes in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

β β β β β Great work on replacing the zipper on my Pacsafe bag! The stitching is perfect. Looks like it came from the factory.
They were up front with the repair time and it was completed ahead of schedule.
I highly recommend this place.
