★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bring my shoes here for many years. Reasonable pricing and good quality workmanship. They are great with repairs and total rebuild new soles for many of my favourite shoes and boots. They are also good with suggestions for the type of materials and soles that will work best for what you want or how you need your shoes to preform. And dued to various foot injuries and problems, I have more shoes than I can remember and I have to rotate different pair of shoe for each day and for different activities and even my podiatrist is impressed with all the jobs that Progressive Shoe have done for my shoes. I trust Progressive Shoe Service with all my shoes needs and I will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought multiple pairs of brand new shoes with leather soles to add topy on them. They mark the shoes soles with black marker and the ink got transferred onto one of my leather shoes. I only caught it after i paid for the service and when i got back to my car. So within 5 minutes i returned to the store, the male owner not only didnt apologize and he insulted his customers saying these are just shoes and are not diamonds. Of course they didnt give me any refund nor discount and they were not able to remove the ink mark.
At first they didnt admit using black marker but one shoe soles shows black marker that wasnt covered by the topy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a very beat up pair of boots to have them resoled and a few pairs of shoes to get stretched. The boots look better than expected. Stretching seems to have addressed the fit issues on the other pairs of shoes (one that was nearly a full size too small!) and all shoes were returned buffed and polished. Great service and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my favourite pair of Fluevogs to Progressive in the hope that they could revive my soles better than the original manufacturer was able to after two attempts. I just picked them up and am thrilled with the work - my favourite shoes have been given a new lease on life and I'll get another at least another 3 years with them! From the pics below you will see that the only original sole is the small section in front of the heel. The workmanship is outstanding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My past several experiences with Progressive Shoe Service was the best experiences compared to amongst all the previous cobblers I have seen in the past. They go above & beyond the task asked of them and I was blown away by surprise of the final result and how much extra work they put in. Their prices are incredibly reasonable & affordable for the value, they were super responsive in updating me & answering all my questions/concerns & their customer service is second to none! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to have some work done on their shoes/boots/heels/leather goods. This business takes a lot of pride in what they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This family run business, is honest, kind, compassionate and skilled at what they do! I had a small emergency with the lining stuck in my boot and the zipper was jammed! I came to the store and the cobbler, immediately checked my boot (which was still stuck in my leg) and could see only the top part was caught in the zipper. He was able to dislodge the lining and was so kind to cut the top part of the lining so this would not happen to me again. Hard to find this level of Kindness and integrity. I came here after receiving very poor support from another cobbler on 2nd avenue. Thank you again Progressive Shoes! Will be back again

I have taken them sandals with badly broken straps, boots and shoes that needed significant resoling and heels, and even one pair of boots were the heels were too high and they managed to cut them down to a comfortable level. They’re very knowledgeable and workmanship is second to
none. When Candace gives you back your shoes or boots, they look like new. I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and now drive over 35 minutes just to get there. They are worth it!!
