This is the second time i've been there in the last two years, don't know why I made the mistake of returning. Last time the keys didn't work either or they work poorly. I had six keys cut and they don't work.
Absolutely appalling behaviour from this man getting my refund, claiming that I made the whole thing up and he did everything to avoid a refund.
Eventually after almost ten minutes of arguing I received a refund for the labour but not the metal cost (out about $3.25).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the leather on my Louis Vuitton purse fixed here. Owner was extremely friendly and the craftsmanship was excellent. Price was also extremely reasonable for the work done. Drove all the way from Coquitlam to get my bag fixed here and will definitely be returning next time I need a repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave bad reviews but this time I feel the need to. The man was rude and unwilling to help. I wonder if it's just the language barrier, but even so he was just negative. I left feeling frustrated. Then I went to the Quick Cobbler, It was such big difference. They were profession and helpful. They even recommended me places to get the parts they don't carry. For sure I won't ever go to this Kim's Shoes and Bag Repair place ever again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced a broken zipper on a leather laptop/travel bag that many other places wouldn't take because it would be too difficult. I'm glad he could repair it. ? It looks and works great! He finished on time and the price was very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've taken 2 pairs of Fleuvog shoes to be stretched with fantastic results. Last week, I took in a pair of Fleuvog riding boots to see if the calves could be stretched. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to be stretched enough, however, he put grommets in the back with an additional panel- think a corset on the back of your calves. The work is top-notch- the grommets are matched to the buckles and the finishing on the edges of the leather is fantastic. I'll absolutely be taking my leather repairs here from now on.
