The person, who appeared to be First Nations, was clearly ahead of me and started to ask for something, when the lady cut him off and told me to go ahead. She was very cold to him but very cheerful to me.
It made me feel really uncomfortable

Always ready with a friendly greeting when I come in and they are attentive to the customer throughout the sale.
I've been through 30 different shops and delivery service since legalization and this one tops my list.
I've not once walked away without exactly what i came for. They keep stock up pretty well and the icing on the cake is the daily and weekly deals...these keep me coming back for more!
On the "Spinal Tap" scale of stores...this one goes to 11.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. Got animal cookies pre rolls by Camp river. Big fan of a strain… but what was that? Compared to what is in the market there are other animal cookies strains that are indoor grown and actually premium. Product manager, helloooo?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went into this establishment a bit weary, for obvious reasons of course. As it turns out, it was simple and fascinating. There were so many alternatives to the pharmaceutical drugs for anxiety and insomnia. I absolutely love the workers there, they were knowledgeable and understanding. I cannot say enough about their great service.
Oh and their recommendations were incredibly helpful, especially for managing my fathers pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. The associate walked away mid order to help a patron that walked in after me. Not once but twice.
The apology seemed sincere until she lied about why I waited. By this point she was so flustered she rang in the order incorrectly, or had just forgotten it. A simple order took 15 minutes to process and caused all of us to miss a ferry.
