Their website said wait time to see a doctor was 10 minutes. I left after waiting 45 minutes, and having other patients taken ahead of me even after being told I was the next patient in line. Luckily I was already registered at a clinic nearby whose wait time said 90 minutes but got in earlier. Perhaps the doctors here are good, but their frontline staff need more training.

This clinic lies about wait times to draw in walk-in patients, meanwhile the doctors are talking to their existing patients on the phone. Stop lying about wait times on medimap! Waiting now for almost 60 minutes when at time of entry wait time was marked as 10 minutes, currently 0 minutes! Dishonest and untrustworthy. People have lives and during covid, accurate wait times are important for health considerations, let alone respect for our time.

Came in as a walk-in for Dr. Magno. She was very thorough. Wait time was longer than listed but not unreasonable! Great location but hard to find parking. Reception was very polite and did all COVID screening prior to me coming in.

Nice lady on the phone but telling me that the 2 doctors that made this clinic a "walk-in-clinic" are gone and now its 2 left, one of them very old and close to retiring so they are no walk-in-clinic anymore and dont take any new patients. Lucky I found them in the "walk-in-clinic"-section of medimap.ca... As a german tourist I'm just shocked about how tough it is to find a doctor here for a simple one-time-treatment. People would go to the streets protesting if we had any close to similar conditions in german cities.

Dr Shamim Jetha is amazing and she has been my doctor for 14 years. She is down to earth, caring and takes the time to talk to you about your health. The office can get busy and sometimes there is a bit of a wait as with most all busy clinics however it is worth it. I always feel supported and don’t mind if I have to wait a bit. I love her receptionists also, they are organized and super personable. I feel grateful to have such a supportive medical clinic to go to.

I couldn't get an appointment with my family doctor for an urgent medical need which wasn't severe enough to warrant an ER visit (though could escalate without immediate attention). I mistakingly read online that this clinic accepts walk-ins (which they no longer do) and stopped by while in the area. The receptionist was very kind and explained that the information on Google Maps was outdated. When I told her the reason for my visit, she took my PHN and asked Dr. Vaseghi if he'd be willing to make an exception to get me the care I needed. Dr. Vaseghi took time out of his lunch break to speak with me and ensure I had everything I need to treat an infection before it got worse. I'm so grateful for his and the staff's willingness to go above and beyond for their community. While I'm not a patient of Heather Medical Clinic and do not live in the area, I'd happily recommend Dr. Vaseghi should he be accepting new patients!

I am a registered patient here for almost a year. Doctors here are pretty busy but that’s okay, they are nice. I called just now to book an appointment. The third call the receptionist finally picked up. She told me my doctor left Canada. When I was trying to figure out what to do, because I just need a simple form filled out. She said:”there’s nothing I can help you, have a good afternoon” and HUNG UP on me??? I was just surprised face

I very rarely leave a review as I know how much damaging it can be for that business as a business owner myself but I feel compelled to do so this time for the benefit of the public health and other patience to not go through the same situation as I did. I attended the clinic as it was one of the only walk-in clinic that I can find in the area. Initially they were friendly and the doctor was very caring. I had to get ultrasound and other tests done for my symptoms. I didn't hear back after the tests for over a month so I called back to ask if my results are in and if so to make an appointment to see a doctor to get my results. I am unsure if the ultrasound and other tests revealed anything serious and naturally anxious about my results. The reception lady told me that the doctor who saw me had left and that I needed to find another family doctor for them to send the results. I explained to the lady that the whole reason I came to walk-in clinic was because I can't find a family doctor and I can look for that later but would like any doctor at the clinic to just spend 5min with me to tell me if the test results are serious and require me to take any immediate treatments. The lady said no and that there is nothing they can do and kept repeating that I need to find a new family doctor somewhere else and that doctor can send a fax request to them to have my medical records released to them. When I tried to plea with her that I just need someone to spend 5min to quickly let me know what my results are for the sake of my health, she said oh there's another call coming in so I'm going to hang up on you and hung up. Now, I am in this limbo where I am unsure if I have a serious medical illness or not because they won't spend just a few minutes to quickly tell me what my test results are. I tried calling back and said I wanted to make a walk-in appointment with any doctor, and they said they are no longer a walk-in clinic. But, their profile still says they accept walk-in patients. I understand that there are constant internal changes that happen in any business. Regardless, if a doctor has left, the clinic should take responsibility and spend just a few minutes to provide potentially time-sensutive test results and then let the patients find a new doctor. This irresponsibility may result in serious health consequences for some patients, and thus, please do stay away from this clinic.
