★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you walk into the store is bright it is Arie and clean. I had the pleasure of meeting Justin and Taylor. Justin was so personable he took me for a tour around the store. Took time to answer any questions I may have had and to educate me on new products. It was nice and warm to have the personalized tour of education so you know everything that they carry. Not many places to be this one-on-one kind of customer service anymore so thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management really needs to change how they evaluate their staff. Focusing on high average sales creates an off putting environment for what should be a casual and positive interaction.
Buying one product should not be discouraged.
Selling one product should not be punishable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool spot in Yaletown for cannabis products. Very sleek design and Hawaiian theme. Helpful staff who are quite passionate about their work. They have a decent range of products but wish they carried some better brands; like they have some cannabis infused beverages but none from the Truss beverages line (XMG or Mollo) which are the best.
