★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sergiy was very professional and got the work done fast. He looked at the issue, went to buy the part, came back, and replaced the part all in less than an hour.
One issue was how he charged me $280 for the new part. I found the OEM replacement for the part through a local authorized dealer for just $120. This new part he got me was not only more than twice as expensive, but it is much louder as well. Considering he charged $270 for the ~40 minute labour, it would've been a nice gesture to take the 5 minutes (that's how long it took me afterwards) to check how much cheaper the price is through the authorized dealer in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sergiy is fantastic! He was great at communicating and exceeded my expectations of service. His pricing is reasonable and he was able to fix our dryer easily and quickly. This guy is a friendly, honest hard worker!!! I'd recommend him to everyone. He showed up exactly when he said he would - even texted to confirm the night before and when he was about 15-20mins away. Don't hesitate - this is the guy to hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the technician that came, Sergiy, was very professional and knowledgeable. he quickly found the problem with our fridge and manage to fix it so now we have a perfectly working fridge again. he tidy up the work area and left no mess behind. love the service I received and I already pass his number around to other friends and relatives that needed repairs as well. I would definitely call him again for future services and recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called this company because of all of the positive reviews on google. Don't believe them. First of all, when you call their number, you get routed to a tech who is on a different number and from a different appliance service. So Number One is not the actual appliance company. I know this because when I had to call back about something, the guy asked me to call him back on a different number, and when we got the receipt for the service call (which did not repair anything) it was from a different appliance company. We asked specifically if their service was able to fix ASKO. They said, yes, but when the guy came, he literally asked for the manual and started reading it. He then pressed a few buttons and said "I fixed it"! I then had to explain that the problem was the washer would start but then freeze and not continue. He used what looked to be a voltage meter and told us that the machine needed a new motor. He later quoted us $800 for a new motor and he had already charged $157 for the service call when he had not fixed anything! We decided to call a different repair service. This new guy knew exactly what the problem was, but did not have the part so did NOT charge for the visit. His quote is $384 which includes both service visits, parts, and labour. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!
