★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Sunflower florist for our wedding. We ordered bridal bouquet, arch flowers, flower girl headpiece, boutonnière, greenery, etc. We were super happy with the outcome. Their flowers are the best in town. I don't know where they grow or get them from. We had shared several inspiration pictures with them so they get an idea about our theme and taste. They understood our vision perfectly. We loved our own bridal bouquet and arch more than all the inspiration pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunflower Florist did my wedding flowers in June 2021. It was the hottest day ever recorded in Vancouver. The flowers looked amazing despite the scorching heat. They were very accommodating and was very willing to work within my budget. I loved the flowers so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We choose Sunflower Florist as our wedding florist and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We planned our wedding remotely from NY and Mahshid was so collaborative and flexible with the time zone differences. She always promptly responded to our emails and she was very patient and understanding with our requests and color changes. Unless any other vendor, she actually initiated online meetings and phone calls after we signed the contract. It was a pleasure to work with her.
Flowers were absolutely gorgeous! They were more beautiful than the photo samples I showed Mahshid. They were so pretty that all of our guests took all the centerpieces home. She also sent us some touch up flowers that came very handy for our decoration. I cannot thank Mahshid enough, because she made my special day beautiful and stress less.
I would say if you are looking for a professional and passionate florist, definitely go with Sunflower Florist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged a bit more than expected to add some greens to a bouquet and half the leaves had bite marks out of them. When I showed them after she cut them all off instead of replacing the stem:( bouquet wasn’t as full and bright looking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We picked Sunflower Florist as the floral designer of our wedding and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Mahshid, Marya and their team were a pleasure to work with. They were great at listening and responding to our emails and requests during the planning time and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They are very good at what they do. Our flower arrangements looked flawless and made our big day extra special. We got a lot of compliments and our guests were excited to take the centerpieces home. Thank you Sunflower for your beautiful work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered in the past, and they were accommodating. I even made a few purchases during Covid (Like a did with many local small businesses) to keep things running. I tried again today, needed a bouquet delivered to literally across the street from them (170 meters, aka 90 seconds walk). They refused to deliver without a $10 charge. The person on the phone was short, Not personable, uncongenial; and couldn't care less. DO NOT call yourself a small local business to attract sympathy, if you're going to act like a big franchise with one sided no flexibility written policies like this $10 delivery ripoff...You just lost a business. Customer service sure is getting worse by the day. Moving on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove 1 hour to your shop only to hear that “we close in 25 minutes”. There are hundreds of other florists that care more for their customers and the business. If I arrive at 4.35 and the shop closes at 5pm, why can I not be helped especially when there are no other customers. No need to stay open if you don’t want to do business. This is my second time with a similar experience here.

Thanks for the quick response May. There was no misunderstanding. I was the only customer in the store. Please check your cameras. I will not be returning so do not expect anything but just wanted people to be aware of what to expect here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did my wedding flowers in 2018. I LOVED my experience with them. I am not great at decorating - it's really not my thing - so I told the florist I met with the colour of my dress and my bridesmaids dresses and that we were having a super simple low key wedding and I let them do their thing. I LOVED what they did. It was stunning. And at the day before we asked for an extra corsage and they totally came through.
