He came in, serviced the fireplace, diagnosed the problem and got it working in no time. Quick, flexible and professional service. He has done impeccable work, and I hope he stays in business for a long time! I highly recommend him and his company to anyone with a gas fireplace or furnace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a true professional to service your gas fire place, I highly recommend Reza. He taught us about our fireplace, fixed an ongoing issue, and recommended a carbon monoxide detector for the safety of my family, which was highly appreciative. Previous services we had from other companies have not been this thorough. He also updated our control/thermostat unit from analog to digital. And, months and months later when the thermostat became defective, one phone call to Reza and he was at our place installing a replacement unit within 2 hours. He’s also very kind and polite. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reza is amazing at what he does. He answered my call right away and was willing to come and do a service the following day. He arrived exactly on time, was equipped with all the parts required, efficient, friendly, kind and gave me a very very good rate for his excellent service. He left my fireplace sparkling clean and in perfect working order. I highly recommend him for any gas fireplace service you might need, it was a delight to have him help me with a broken thermocouple and a full cleaning service. Don't look anywhere else - Reza is the absolute best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am left dumbfounded after booking with Reza to repair a gas fireplace 2 days ago. I had booked for 2pm today on behalf of a client, Reza asked to come early at 12pm so I tried to accommodate. When he arrived, I couldn't get the door open for him as my client is still at work. At first, Reza agreed to come back at the appointed time at 2pm and then right after says he's not going to come back.
You can read the rest in the photos I've attached but this is the utmost UNPROFESSIONAL service I've ever had to deal with. I now read previous reviews and he's done the same to others. Do not go with this company.
