They got mad at me because I was not home on a week day with no notice to have an american standard rep come look at the faucet - despite me having the manual and part diagram for them.

I was having ongoing issues with my fridge freezer and he solved the problem in less than 2 hours. He is incredibly professional, prompt and just a really nice guy. Things that I appreciated about his services: 1. He responded to my service request within 24 hours. 2. He was able to give me a specific time for an appt (rather than "btn 1pm and 5pm," for example). 3. He was respectful of my home. 4. He answered all my questions and explained the issues to me in a way I could understand. 5. Chris was very honest and I had no feeling that I was being ripped off or given inferior service. This was THE MOST IMPORTANT thing for me. 6. Finally, while Chris was here servicing my freezer, I had a water leak from the apartment above. He stopped his work and took photos/video of the leak for me, as I was out at the time. Chris went above and beyond what I expected. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his services. I am very pleased with his work and my functioning fridge freezer!

The technician they sent was professional and personable, and was able to resolve the reason for the appointment immediately, and even completed an additional plumbing task for me during the hour long appointment. Overall very pleased and would definitely used again. Recommended!

J	John Ha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some boiler service done by them 3 months ago. When I got the bill for the work, they had overcharged me in both hours worked, and the hourly rate. When I called to asked about this, I was told their rate is $200 per hour and has been for years. Their website shows $125 per hour even now. I told them I have another service receipt from them 6 months earlier and was charged $150 per hour. They were speechless. Because of this, they agreed to refund me the difference and was told a cheque would be sent. I've called back multiple times about this but still have not gotten any refund. I would not recommend this company unless you like to be lied to and overcharged for work done.

The office admin was kind and helpful, and provided a convenient and prompt time slot for a gas fitter to come by. The fitter was on-time, professional, COVID-conscious, and worked quickly and efficiently. He also patiently answered my questions and detailed what to expect in the invoice before he left. They replaced a faulty regulator at lower-than-market cost, and the labour costs were in-line with what they detailed on their website. The office admin even remembered my name and other personal details from a recent trip I had mentioned. Will definitely be calling Cambie Plumbing + Heating for any additional plumbing issues or gas leaks, provided our home hasn't exploded.
