Derek came right over and fixed it. Once again we are so happy to have found this company. We give him our highest recommendation. Excellent service. Thanks Derek. Our first review was in March 2020 05/03/2020 Called Derek for a faucet replacement today. He quoted me an installed price. He just came by and installed a nice new faucet. Nice guy, friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional. Highly recommend this company. 18/10/2020 This is our second review of Main Street Plumbing. Another job well done Derek. Wow what a relief it is finding a plumber of Dereks quality of work and professionalism. Our toilet sprung a leak. I called Derek. He took the time to explain our options, of fixing or replacing the toilet, including sending us photos of possible replacements. He also quoted us the installed price. We chose replacement. He picked up our replacement choice and came by early today and installed it. He then cleaned up the debris. He also thoroughly explained everything. He also gave sound intelligent advice on some other work that we will be doing. Thanks Derek we will be using your services when needed and highly recommend you.

I also reached out to him about servicing our hot water heater and, after walking me through what's normally done and how the maintenance needs are different in our region, we agreed that he wouldn't need to come out for a service call. He gave me a bunch of great information and advice at no cost without pushing for a paid service call. I truly appreciated that and felt that he was just helping me make an educated decision. We're going to keep coming back as long as he's in business!

He does quality work at a fair price, and was quick to respond to my questions and requests before setting up our appointment and coming in. On site he isn't one for chatting. He's professional and focused on the job. I would definitely hire Derek again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Responsive, respectful, thorough, reasonable priced, tried to work on strategies to save us money, took off his shoes every time he went in and out of the house, cleaned everything at the end of the job...but best of all, the job was done really well, and all in one afternoon. Would highly recommend to my neighbours and will call again when needed in the future. Thank you Derek!!
