β β β β β Dr. Zoya Krasnozhon is the best Doctor I ever met! She is very thorough, Attentive, kind, compassionate, patient, thoughtful and very professional! I would highly recommend this clinic and dr. Zoya Krasnozhon! Thank you Dr. Zoya for your help so much!

β β β β β They are not in service of the patients, they don't listen and lack any service standards or intelligence to handle human interaction. Every contact with them exacerbate the symptoms I asked support for. Awful experience, I don't recommend it. Zero stars.

β β β β β Worst place ever. I was told that the pain in my wrist was just imaginary because the doctor wasn't able to find any issues with it after squeezing it a couple of times. I'm not exaggerating. This actually happened at this clinic.

β β β β β I felt the doctor's didn't listen to my concerns and brushed me off so they could get to what they thought was going on. I had taken all the proper tests and they wouldn't listen to me that what they were guessing was the issue wasn't. When I was being weighed by the female physician she googled BMI to give me feedback and told me, in a very insulting way, I would have to lose a lot of weight which would bring my 33 year old 5'10 body down to 125 pounds! This would be very, very unhealthy for me. Wouldn't recommend.

β β β β β This rating is just for Dr. Todorovic. I found her to be in hurry and she ignored my questions that I wanted to ask her. She didn't even let me complete. She came 15 mins. late. and made me wait for a long again during my appointment. I took the appointment and hardly she discussed anything with me for even 2 mins. Such a dismissive behaviour she has.
On the opposite side, front desk ladies are very co-operative.

Professional, kind, and well communicated STAFF.
As a patient , I could not ask for better quality of care!
Thank you for over the years being so incredible !
My only suggestion is perhaps introducing video medical appointments for people with accessibility needs .
