★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Singh is the best. I went in scared, came back out feeling great. He is calm, empathetic and professional to me at all times. The entire session was simple, fast and very painless. Just a bit of discomfort but otherwise the experience was excellent !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw Dr Mangat. He did a banding treatment without my knowledge or consent. I didn't even know I had a hemorrhoid, and he never explained why it was necessary to treat it as that was not the reason I got the referral to the clinic. He demonstrated zero empathy. I've never felt so violated by a doctor in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW that was an bad experience. The front desk staff are very kind and patient, but the doctor is the opposite of gentle or caring. Very cold and unpleasant, he did not explain things very well and rushed in and out as quickly as possible. Hopefully I will be able to source an alternative clinic to transfer my follow up appointment to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My walk in clinic doctor referred me to cleator clinic. I'm glad he did. The team at the Cleator Clinic is very professional. Doctor is very punctual. I have never waited more than 10 minutes when I had an appointment.
After the first appointment and exam, he told me that I got hemorrhoid and anal fissure. As you may guess, he has to do a manual check "down there", inside and outside and It's not the best feeling but it's not that bad either. Just relax and breath deeply. He puts on a bandage on one of your hemorrhoid at each visit. Each bandage placement takes around 30-45 seconds. You will probably need to go visit the doctor 3-4 times. Good thing is you can go back to your daily life right after the appointments.
If you got hemorrhoid or any problem down there, don't wait around and let it get worse day after day. Getting the right treatment is easier than you think!
Edit: after using the Nitro cream I was prescribed regularly, I have seen big improvements with my fissure. One important recommendation: DRINK lots of water, consume fiber, and don't get lazy with using the cream. You need to be constipation-free to be able to get rid of the fissure. And it'll helpful for your hemorrhoid too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there four times and got banding three times, unfortunately the swelling is still there, went to see the doctor on the 4th time, but he just ignored my problem. He has never spend a little more time with patient, always rush to see the next one. Fortunately I met a good doctor and he told me my hemorrhoids are still there, I’m wondering what the Cleator Clinic doctor did to me last Summer. Maybe nothing at all.

Before I was seen I could hear the doctor arguing in another exam room with a patient who was trying to explain what was going on them The doctor was cold, didn't listen or let me elaborate on what was happening, he was rushed and ended up hurting me. He didn't explain anything he was going to do or what he found. Nore did he prepare me for the physical exam and just did it no warning, and ignored me when I said there was pain. He gave a quick sorry before hurriedly leaving the room. I left there feeling like it was a waste of time and that it was my worst experience with a doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has been amazing. The lady at the front (brown hair and glasses) is extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Polyakov has wonderful bedside manner. He constantly checked in on me and reassured me. The staff made me feel safe and comfortable and I'm super grateful!
