Staff is very helpful, patient and very efficient. A smaller lab but dispatching cases without a hitch. Smart bulletin board lets you know exactly where you stand in the line, if there is any at all. Results surprisingly fast (on line if you wishγ

β β β β β I travel from Langley to this location cause the staff is always friendly, organized and I donβt have to wait too long! Thereβs a Filipino staff member here and heβs the funniest and makes it always a hilarious time getting your blood drawn! Worth the travel every time!

β β β β β Call service agent was very rude and even gave a sigh while I was asking a question. If you are agent, please listen to your client carefully and even if they don't understand something explain to them nicely and slowly. Don't just express your anger and show that you are unlearned and disrespectful.

β β β β β Gf got her blood drawn, nurse was incompetent and caused a blood clot + bruising which caused way more pain than it normally should. Also tried to sit her down and rush her through the process as fast as possible.

β β β β β One of the staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the one who took my blood was a butcher. Worst blood sample I've had (and I have had more than a few this year). Immediate bruising and pain afterwards. They also left the bed raised up so I would have had to jump down, while light headed. Luckily the other staff noticed and lowered it for me.

β β β β β Well, if you show up on time and others are LATE and walk in after you, they will get priority. Also, if they claim to require additional paperwork, they will make no effort to assist you saying "it'll take too long". I literally called the LifeLabs 1-866 number on my form, and they said the location can easily print it themselves. One of the two ladies working was really nice, and thankfully she was the one who ended up taking my blood. I am writing this review so I see it the next time I need an appointment and avoid this location with MY ENTIRE BEING... No wonder there was an appointment available such short notice. Boo!
