★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I count myself as being very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Lica Chui. I have been a patient for several years and find her friendly, knowledgeable and always greets me with a smile. I am very pleased with the medical treatment I receive, and any wait time is of NO consequence. All her staff are pleasant and efficient, a follow up call on an appointment, is appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chui is a good doctor but the wait time at her office is horrendous. Typically, the patient has to wait 1 hour after the eye drops to see her. This makes it difficult for patients who has to pay for parking and the cost adds up quickly. Please think of a better way to streamline your appointment processes and make it a better experience for your patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been fortunate to have Dr Chui managing my diabetic retinopathy. She is very knowledgeable and helpful! I feel safe and taken care of with her! She has helped reduce my anxiety of losing my vision and has me stable!! I come from Cloverdale to Vancouver every 3 wks for eye injections and I would never consider finding a Dr closer to home! Her staff are friendly and helpful! I look forward to their familiar faces when coming to the office! Thank you Dr Chui and staff ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chui is a good doctor, but responses from her office take DAYS, and the wait time at her office is usually 90 minutes, sometimes longer! I have gone for my appointment at 3:00pm and have not been done until after 6:00. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with most of low reviews here. Dr. Chui is a good eye doctor but the wait times here is ridiculous. Typical wait time is 2.5+ hours. There must be a better solution and when you have to add in parking, its a little ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent more than three hours today. I will change to the other doctor, terrible experience. Dr chui excellent but she should think about how to save us time. Her small office can not take many patients I can change the time on the phone if let’s me know.
