★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it would be nice to hear a human voice instead of a recording telling me to leave a message in the hope i get a call back i was told by doctor at Richmond Er that i would hear from the stroke prevention center today. I am worried because this is serous matter and when i called all i got was a answering machine. it would be nice to at least hear a caring compassionate voice on the other end. Strokes are a serous matter not to mention i am scared. that is all my hope is that maybe they may change the way they answer the phone.
