He showed us what was wrong with the taps, and installed nice new ones. It was a lot of work, sawing through metal....Result is terrific. Also, Roger, was Covid respectful (masks, distance). That was comforting

Great place for your plumbing needs and supplies. They are very knowledgeable. They also offer plumbing services and have been around in business for a very long time. Street parking. #letsguide

We were able to get Hillcrest to come with minimal notice while someone was in the home during a narrow window to receive them. We were able to arrange this expediently over the phone with Hillcrest Plumbing. We chose their quote because they recommended a top of the line Navian combi boiler with a 5 year warranty at a reasonable installation price. We are very happy with the professional work and installation, which they were able to do immediately. The communication with the office was also smooth, responsive and courteous whether it was over the phone or by email. Based on all of our experience to date we recommend Hillcrest Plumbing.

My issue is with the office and the terrible lack of communication there. No calls as promised,no info re delays etc.I see numerous other reviews consistent with our experience.We will never use Hillcrest again. This is not the first time we have had trouble with the office there.
