F	Florencia Achtem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed, overly charged 5 hrs labour @ $145 p/hr on replacing a toilet $ 780 they charged before the job was completed or else I would not be able to have a working toilet, then when I called their office enquire about the chargesTrinh their office manager was rude, emotional and unprofessional. Please Beware of their outrageous charges

The first time involved a bathroom leak on a Saturday, and Andy arrived on time, just as Bernard, who was very helpful on the phone, had scheduled. Andy did an excellent job replacing the Poly-B pipe with Pex, and we were very happy with his efficient, professional workmanship, as well as his great personality. The second leak was higher up, after hours on a weekday, and Paul arrived at the predicted time and proceeded to find the most convenient place to access the leaking pipe—behind the fridge, where an opening was made, the faulty Poly-B pipes replaced with Pex, and then the opening was closed up and the fridge was rolled back into its usual position. Again, we were very pleased with Paul's methodical skill and congenial manner. Two plumbing problems solved by two first-class professionals. Would I recommend A-1 to others? You bet, and I already have done and will continue to do so.

Despite the many difficulties caused by other trades on site, his hard work never wavered. Trinh has such a heart-warming personality. She is a delight to talk to. She listened to all of the issues at our worksite and used her experience and professional expertise to program solve. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing

Asked why I wasn’t made aware since I’ve been in waiting all morning. I’m not free in afternoon or tomorrow. Soonest could re book was for Monday. Politely suggested a discount (even 10% would have been fine) because of hassle. They declined. Refunded my money. Will not use.

These guys have the best tools and came highly recommended from a plumber tradesperson, they did not disappoint in clearing a tough grease clog in my 2” kitchen sink drain. They came ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend!

When he arrived he was polite and friendly and he communicated clearly about what needed to be done. He recorded what he was doing, time stamped issues and will be following up with a report. I found this company on google but would highly recommend the company and especially Bernard to anyone I know !
M	Mathias Fast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While A1 provides quality work, beware that they will start billing you as soon as their car pulls up to the curb and only stop once they pull away. For a simple clogged drain I was billed $700. The actual work took less than an hour ($350) but I was billed an ENTIRE additional hour for the time it took the employee to fill out a report and carry a few supplies to the car. Despite have proof of when the work started and finished (which was passed on to the company) I was told billing was done according to their car gps. Very poor customer service and cannot recommend.

I called them late on New Year’s Eve because I had a leak in my rental unit and although they were completely swamped with calls, a plumber showed up at 10:30 PM and repaired the leak. Everyone I spoke to on the phone that day and in subsequent days provided excellent service. Highly recommended.
