John Long is very patient and friendly salesperson and he is always patient to pick up my call although I always asked him when my car would be arriving. Ivan Calderon is very knowledgeable customer care specialist and he explained the car features in details! I am satisfied with their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No stress - that was my main goal going into the process of buying car. Having had a difficult experience with another Toyota dealership a few years ago, I was turned off of Toyota. The hassle I went through then was an experience I promised myself I wouldn't let myself get into again so, when I approached Regency Toyota, I was already a little apprehensive. But they quickly made me feel at ease simply by being super open and communicative. The team there really works together and each of them is in the loop. Thank you, especially, to Nisha, John, Kam, and Ivan - you all made my experience a breeze! I'm loving my hatchback - with heated seats :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently bought a Toyota Sienna Hybrid. My experience in dealing with the people at Regency Toyota was top notch. Big shout out to Fred the Sales Manager and Jamie in Financing. They were professional, courteous and went out of their way to make this smooth and easy. Ivan was the man in charge of teaching us all about the features in the car and he did a great job. I never new there was so much technology in these things. We love the vehicle and I would highly recommend anyone to go to Regency. They are SUPER and gave us 3 of their stuffed animal pandas for my 3 kids. A really nice touch!!

I was buying a non-Toyota used car and the sales team with Danny and Jon Fernando went above and beyond by driving the car to a mechanic of my choice for an independent inspection and even taking taking the car all the way to Langley to have a dealership warranty service performed.
The entire time, they communicated exceptionally, were very kind and courteous, and treated me with the utmost respect.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from Regency again, speak with Jon Fernando or Danny (Sales Manager), they're great people. Thanks again guys!
