My salesman Ryan Lou-Poy was absolutely fantastic, as was his boss Phil. By 3:30pm I left my old car behind and was driving home in my new 2015 Bianco Perla Fiat 500 Sport. They were really patient with me and super helpful in trying to make the whole deal work. This was the BEST experience buying a car for me and I highly recommend these guys and this dealership. They make a nice espresso while you are there and Ryan knows his Fiat's really well as he has worked for Fiat since 2012. Great guys and great cars so thanks so much to both of you. I am one happy customer.
R	Ryul Kwon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. 1. Simple oil change took an hour and half. 2. They striped off the oil plug and blame other company who serviced the car last time. 3. And they didn’t have the oil plug in their stock (seriously?) 4. I was originally charged $90 for the oil change only with my own oil. Yes I brought my own oil. Called the manager Dan and he said it is the fair market price. 5. They don’t accept cash. No Cash Maybe it is my fault. I should never drive a fiat. What a garage experience.

Special thank you to Ryan for the outstanding customer service and great conversations while we were waiting for paperwork. I was treated with respect and grace, and even though I was buying a used car, the team there made the experience as if I were there to pick up a brand new Ferrari. I was helped by Adam, who was amazing - he listened to exactly what I was looking for, found the perfect car for me, and helped me through the process of getting a fantastic deal on my Fiat 500 Sport. Adam is so genuinely a fan of these cars, it's clear that he's just excited to share that with others - nothing salesman-y or pushy about this guy! Though this is my first car, I have driven many & I ADORE driving. It was so important to me that the car be fun as well as practical - let me tell you, this car delivers in spades!! I highly recommend it & Fiat of Vancouver.

The other dealership hasn't been very helpful to say the least so far with several things, (perhaps because they usually deal with clients who buy Ferraris and Astons), so I decided to try Fiat Vancouver's service department instead. When you are a first time customer who isn't spending a lot of money, with no strong long term prospects of being a return customer, the experience and treatment from staff says a lot. It's about the small things and Fiat Vancouver has a clean showroom, with excellent coffee, and staff who give you the time of day to explain and provide quality service. Thank you!

From the moment I sat in the car, I knew it was the one for me and Fiat Vancouver, along with Ryan and Phil made the whole process very easy and painless. The service at Fiat is top notch and Sam in the service department is amazing. You feel like part of the family from the moment you walk in and they offer gelato and espresso, amazing!
