Overall rough experience, the main sales staff was rude from top to bottom, only reason I ended buying was that the truck I wanted was only available at this location. The day of pickup they realized one key doesn’t work and said β€œI can wait now or come back, up to me” no apology or empathy for making me wait an hour so they can code a key. Chips in the windshield that I had to drive back from Delta to fix and alignment issues due to worn brakes that were supposedly checked during inspection.

Ask for Nav!! He’s super professional and kind. Helped us with all the questions we had and never pressured us unlike other dealerships. Bought a brand new car and we are so happy ? Lee-Anne was amazing as always!! 10/10 experience here

Horrible service manager that should be fired immediately!!! Discussing behavior. Kicked my husband out when he had an appointment for an issue that has been on going for over a year and a half. Every time we tow our trailer our 2017 F150 shakes terribly. My husband is a liscence technician him self and knows what the issue is. Even after he was extremely rude to my husband he was then verbally abusive the the front staff that was trying to help my husband with the issue. I will be going to the media as well as head office to demand his immediate dismissal. They way he even spoke to his staff in front of a customer is unacceptable. The staff do not deserve to be treated this way, not to mention the way he treated a customer .this is very abusive behavior. He Clearly need anger management.

@Donal Gibson and @Lee-Anne Walters these two guys are liars, and everything they say can't be trusted. Moreover, they always do not admit what they say, and they will go back on it at will. When bought out the lease car, they cheated the customer to pay $2000 for the document fee. Also, going to another Ford dealership, they only charge $700 for the document fee. They chatted casually during working hours, and they turn down the customer for reasons. Their service attitude are very poor, Donal Gibson is a sales manager and Lee-Anne Walters is a financial services manager. I don't know if how are they become managers, they have no sense of responsibility to the clients, and waste clients' time at will. I don't think this kind of service attitude is at all suitable for a managerial position. I suggest buying a car at another ford dealership instead of going to them.

Literally just came in with my boyfriend to test drive. Boris was VERY unprofessional with us. I have never met a sales rep more rude. He started laughing and leaning against the desk dividers as we were talking because he said that we were (in his words) β€œnot serious buyers”. The POINT of test driving vehicles is for us to DECIDE if we want the vehicle or not. But BORIS started saying excuses like β€œoh the car’s battery is dead”. He also said β€œYou cannot just go around dealerships expecting to test drive”. We have went to several dealerships to test drive to make an informed decision about vehicles we want to purchase. That is literally the POINT of dealerships having test drive vehicles. As soon as I started asking what made him think we were not serious buyers and why he was refusing test drive vehicles to us, he started stumbling. It was VERY CLEAR that he was judging us based on a 30sec first conversation. What did he expect β€œserious buyers” to do? Throw gold watches and dollar bills in his face? I honestly do not recommend anybody buying from this dealership. They will judge you and will only treat you with respect if they see fit. Horrible customer service. You have lost business with me forever as well as with ANY OTHER POTENTIAL buyers because I will be actively telling friends and family to never do business with BORIS and this Ford dealership.

The experience purchasing a vehicle from this store was great and there are really no complaints when it comes to their friendliness and professionalism. However, we purchased the truck a year ago brand new. We towed our boat recently and the front collision cameras started to malfunction right after. The truck had new tires put in by a different professional service team. The lift kit in was put in by the dealership. When I brought the truck in for review I was told that no service or answer can be provided due to the exchange from factory tires to Snow & Mud tires in combination with the lift kit that this dealership put in. All tire assemblies have the original Ford sensors in them. All warranty work is denied. All service work is to be paid for. If a proper technical answer was given why new tires and lift kit that they installed can cause issues for the sensors this would have been satisfying. But instead falling back on a statement by Ford is a simple unprofessional excuse. None of this I was told during my purchase. But I am sure it is somewhere in the fine print. When it comes to taking your money they bend over backwards. But now that there are issues they are covering themselves from any angle.

09-Jun-22 First a big shout out to mechanic team because so far the work they have done on my truck is great. Then, a recommendation for @MandyGill who is advisor at Coastal Ford Vancouver. I took my truck in for a recall on the transmission molded lead frame because my extended warranty and when I drop it I was never told that other charge will be billed. So when they called me to let me know that my truck was ready to pick it up they said that might as well they changed the transmission filter and oil (which I am not against to) and it will be $130 CAD. I would appreciate if they would asked for my approval before get it done and not just impose it. Other than that, the experience at this dealership has been decent. Thanks in advance 10-jun-22 UPDATE AFTER THE MANAGER (FRANK) CALLED ME! First, I got to say that I am thankful to Frank to had the time to reach out to me and went through my experience at Ford Coastal Vancouver and provide a solution. He offered an apologies for the miscommunication of his employee and offered me a 100 CAD credit for my next visit, and since, I haven't got anything about it written, I am going to believe that the internal communication wont blow this away. That's why I am changed my review from 1 star to 3 starts , just because people like Frank that are accountable for the organization mistakes, and shows empathy, I think are remarkable and a great assets for their companies! Thanks in advance.

It was my first time buying a truck, and I felt really supported throughout the entire process. Boris was courteous and took the time to find me the exact model that I was looking for. He patiently took the time to teach me all the features of the truck. Lee-Anne and the financing team was also really patient and supportive in explaining all the details and what my warranty does and does not cover. It was a great experience. Thank you for taking the stress out of car shopping.
