★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a specific vehicle and had placed deposits with 2 other dealerships only to find out that the vehicles were already sold. Then we met Zamir. He was able to find us our vehicle and we drove from South Okanagan on Saturday to pick it up. Everyone made us feel like we were VIPs and we were very impressed by friendly and "team" attitude of this dealership. I would recommend to family and friends and will be back if we need to buy another vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my truck in for a oil change and a tire rotation. Some how this procedure took 4 hours. There was no explanation as to why so I'm assuming the technician was incompetent. I'm slightly concerned that my oil change was done incorrectly at this point. I asked for a discount for wasting 4 hours of my time which made me late for work. They hesitantly gave me a wopping 10% off. Needless to say the customer service was a joke. I'd attempt my own oil change with a hammer and saw before bringing my truck back to this circus of a dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience dealing with Mak on a new truck. By far the most comfortable, honest experience I’ve had with a dealership. He went the extra mile in every way possible to find me the right vehicle despite the inventory shortages, and worked hard on my behalf to get the best trade in value for my old truck. I will definitely contact him again when it’s time to look into another vehicle and recommend anyone who is looking to get in touch with Mak.

They quoted four hours for the work and had it done in an hour and a half. The CSR who worked at the desk in their service area was incredibly friendly and provided a top-notch experience. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new 3500 GMC with ease. Best experience ever. I had to go to Vancouver from the island so the Dueck salesman picked us up at the ferry, he drove us to the dealership and I drove back with my brand new 3500 GMC. Fraindly people.
