He is very helpful, definitely a spot on. Very customer oriented. He explained every detail of the vehicle. Very willing to listen to what the customer is looking for. 5 star is not even enough to rate our satisfaction for the service we received. Also, a big thanks to Dylan as well for meeting our needs. We normally use Richmond Acura but we decided to give Burrard Acura a shot and it was the best decision we've made. Anton Truong was our sales associate. His level of customer service was exceptional. Since we first spoke, I already felt that my satisfaction was his priority. As much as I love cars.. I hate car shopping.. because it usually takes up too much and a lot of back and forth with the costs etc...However, Anton was able to make my car shopping experience at Burrard Acura the absolute best! He was able to answer all my questions with honesty and in a timely manner. There was not a moment where I felt pressured or pushed by Anton. He made sure all my needs were met and most importantly he wanted me to be a happy customer at the end of the day. Me being in the client services industry for many years, I can say Anton went above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of his customers. We will definitely shop at Burrard Acura again. I’ve been to the shop few times and all of my experiences were pleasant primarily because all the staff that I’ve encountered were friendly, informative and attentive. Anton, who was my salesman, is respectful and professional and I did not feel any pressure. He was not pushy and simply provided the information about the car. When we found a small issue with the car, he immediately took a video of it to make sure the car is in perfect condition before leaving the dealership. As soon as the issue was addressed, I was provided with a loaner car while my car is under repair. Overall, I am glad I purchased from Burrard Acura because the process was easy and stress-free from start to finish.
