The sales team helped search until we found a car that I really wanted. Now I have my car serviced regularly at their service department and the customer service is 10/10. Their team thoroughly explains any issues your car may be experiencing and what needs to happen in order to fix it. I always feel confident leaving my car in their hands as I know it is in good care. d	dawn steele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried to buy a used Jeep from this dealer and found Mark responsive and professional, promptly providing the Carfax and dealer's inspection report on request. Then we noticed an unexplained discrepancy in the mileage/odometer readings. As recommended by ICBC for all used vehicle purchasers, we asked to arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection by an ICBC "designated inspection facility" as the final step. (This is a deal-breaker for us, as this $110 check had revealed that another dealer listing included key features that simply weren't there!). Mark insisted that company policy did not permit outside inspections, even though we called around and found a nearby ICBC-designated inspection facility that had previously done pre-purchase inspections for other buyers from this dealership. No reason was given for their refusal to permit what ICBC describes as a critical step in doing your due diligence as a buyer, so all I can say is "Buyer Beware!."

I live in the Okanagan and the vehicle was located at Ensign in Vancouver. I was treated very well from beginning to end through the whole process. They were willing to negotiate a fair price, they answered all questions, they provided an inspection report with maintenance items they took care of prior to placing the unit for sale and there was a Carfax Report. They arranged to meet my husband at the Vancouver airport to test drive the vehicle as he was there for the night on business. They offered resources for me to have the vehicle shipped (since highways between the lower mainland and the Okanagan were closed except to essential traffic). When the vehicle arrived it was having issues with a front shock and when the repair occurred they split the cost with me. I was even offered and I took a four year extended bumper to bumper warranty at time of purchase that I can use if needed here in the Okanagan or anywhere else and it’s transferable if I sell the car (this even though the car is 8 years old!). They went above and beyond and provided the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore. I highly recommend Ensign Pacific Lease.
A	A P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Lower Mainland to trade my vehicle in for a RAM 1500 and got nothing but the run around and lowball trade values from a number of other dealerships, leading to your typical annoyance with the car buying experience. The guys at Ensign on the other hand were a pleasure to deal with. They were fair, reasonable and straight with me right from the get go. We were in and out of there in 2 hours with the new truck. We ran into a small issue the next morning due to a weak battery not holding a charge and these guys went over and above by bringing me a booster pack then proceeding to replace the battery with a brand new one, without hesitation. The truck is great and we were more than impressed with the customer service and buying experience. Thank you Mike and Cam for being a cut above the rest, you both made our buying experience quick, easy, and were a pleasure to deal with! You've definitely earned a repeat customer.
