โ โ โ โ โ Today was my regular scheduled oil change / tune up service call. I was able to drop my vehicle off early am before the mechanics roll in.
Then shortly after I got my call that my red car was parked and ready for pickup. ?
Seriously though
I have nothing but great things to say about the service team at Ensign Pacific Chrysler. From the service desk through to the shop to the complementary cleaning of ones car.
Those 5 stars are very well earned / deserved.

Sales Manager Al Rudin was a pleasure to deal with in his caring, professional and honest approach! Iโve dealt with many car dealerships over the last 25 years- this was hands down the most pleasant and positive experience I have had purchasing a vehicle! This will be my โgo toโ dealership from now on and I can only recommend this place highly!

โ โ โ โ โ I was very disappointed to find out that in my 60k service, they said they rotated the tires and checked the air pressure and found out it never happened thanks to some pictures I took before leaving my car. I had to come back and asked about the tires. The excuse provided was unacceptable, and what is worse is to LIE about a service that didnโt happen. At this point I have doubts if I really got synthetic oil, If I got new filters, if they really spent the man-hours they said they did! Very disappointing!

โ โ โ โ โ It was a great experience. Mark Bremner is an awesome person. He helped me a lot. This was my first time buying car in Canada and was hustle free experience only because of Mark. He is so kind always answerable for any questions. Also, I would like to mention their manager,Al rudin was also amazing personality. They provide me detailed information without any hidden price. I am so glad that i got my grand cherokee from Ensign Pacific.

Made everything easy to understand and was very helpful for any questions we had. Highly recommend this dealership and AL for a vehicle purchase. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience. Was definitely an enjoyable experience ??

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible experience. Came in with regular maintenance, they rotated tires and didn't tighten the nuts. Started hearing weird vibrating noise from the front right wheel, came in for inspection, got told that everything is okay. Shortly after that, while driving down the Cypress mountain, the vibration became very bad. Stopped to check and found that the pins with loose nuts broke off under pressure and the wheel was hanging on just two nuts out of five. Had to tow the car from there. The service refused to admit their mistake and refused to refund any of the related expenses. Terrible customer experience, not going back and suggest to avoid them at all cost.
