Abdel did a wonderful job, he provided my with all the information I needed, and found my battery even though it wasn’t listed since it was a Japanese car. The service was quick and efficient with great customer service. I highly recommend this location for Auto-parts.

Napa employees offered to try jumpstarting my car, help push it to a better stall, and even offered a ride home. Nicest people ever.

I tried to get an engine air filter from the Richmond store earlier this week - the guy there wanted to charge $20 more than the 3rd Avenue store in Vancouver charged for the same exact part. So I came to this one instead. Thank you!

He is super knowledgable, approachable, and down to earth to advise & consult you in your car issues, etc. He knows CARS to the T. I've commuted to many parts stores including Lordco and EVEN Ford & GM parts departments, and so far I've only been told "I don't know how to fix cars. I can only find the parts for you" It's not even about knowing or not. It's about working / troubleshooting together with the customer in creating solutions for both parties. This is how you work retail. It's just a bonus Gord is a mastermind in cars! Thank you Gord for being apart of my adventurous journey in bringing back my old classic back to life. In which will be a life long memory for me. I will be back to see you!!
