★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service/admin group. I had my tire inspected as another mechanic found a nail stuck on my left car tire and suggested I get it checked and to not pull it out in case it would cause more damage. After a quick half hour at Canadian tire, I got a call back and they had discovered the nail was a small screw and hadn't in fact punctured the tire but just the in tracks. They didn't charge me a cent for this and I went on my merry way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in the afternoon of the 18th with an urgent issue and Genesis was able to fit me in with Robbie, the shop foreman. He was able to diagnose and repair the issue last minute. I'm so grateful for the help, absolutely above and beyond service at this location. Thank you guys so much for helping me out, I appreciate it more than you could know. Anxiety attack avoided! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had appointment for 3 PM. On the website it said that it takes 45 minutes. When we came at 4 to pick up our car - they didn’t even touch it!! When we asked what happened they started the inspection right away and we had to wait until 5 pm. Wasted 2 hours instead of 45 minutes.

of attitude will cut you off mid sentence. very happy to have found a alternative place for vehicle inspection. stay clear and far away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for my class 7 road test, but wasn’t able to leave the icbc parking lot, because my brake lights weren’t working. I went to Canadian Tire to see if I could potentially get them fixed so I could go back and retry the test, and they fixed them immediately. Excellent and fast service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canadian Tire Automotive Service work over their duties to assure I had a great service and explain further regarding my car problems. Also referring to a different shop for the job it can't be performed in their own shop. Rob know his way around cars and he broke down the explanation to make sure I know what to do next. And gave his expertise on any advice he provided.
I widely recommend their services and assure you that your car is in great hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, efficient staff with smile (purely for business). Quite notorious for up sell or extended diagnostic......? though work is guaranteed no complaints here. Keep eyes on canadian tire automotive promotions to self-feel better; always prepare spending couple of hundred dollars beyond your expectations and budget.

When my car broke down while visiting from the US, they fit me in on short notice and stayed late to help me get home only one day later than planned. I really appreciated their great communication, reasonable prices, and going above and beyond to resolve the issues.
