H	Hokai Yoriko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my son’s glad photo online. There was a $60 discount offer with the code at the time of purchase so I used it and completed payment. I hadn’t received my order after 5 weeks, so I emailed them and got reply from their customer service which said it has been shipped already and you would get it within a week. I waited two more weeks and still no photos came, so I emailed again. This time, they told me my order was still there and I have $60 balance owing because I was not eligible to get discount. What is going on? They HAVE TOLD me it was already shipped and they OFFERED me the discount code and ACCEPTED my payment with the code. I was so upset and replied that I don’t want to pay extra $60, so please cancel my order and refund me. And now they are saying, the $50 cancellation fee wii be needed!!!!!!!!! If I wasn’t eligible to get discount, how come they offered me and accepted??? Now my choices are paying extra $60 to get photos or get only $10 back to get nothing(my order costs around $60) I would say this is cheating or fraud!!!! I don’t want to give them even one star :(
G	Gracielle Maru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience at my grad portrait session today. The two photographers that I got were both so lovely. I wish I had gotten their names! They kept hyping me up. I also took my dog with me. We had to try a couple of poses to get the perfect shot. They were so patient with me. So excited to see how my photos turned out!

The prices are insane and all schools should absolutely stop using Artona as they force the students to get photos here. Insane rip off. Michael Rak on the instant chat service was short with me. Despite paying $105 for one single non retouched image, it takes them three days to give you access to the file, and forget about it if you order it on a Thursday, its going to take them six days to give you access. Remember, they are open seven days a week. What a joke. You would think when paying these insane prices, it would at least come with fast service. They obviously have to pretend that it is more work than just giving access to a file when customers are paying such prices.
L	Liam B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These photos are an absolute scam for university students. Prices are ridiculous and the quality does not come close to aligning with the price. I ordered a single 8x10 with no add ons and it cost $64. Not to mention, the only option for shipping is $14, and the photos do not even ship for three weeks. You're better off hiring one of your friends who does photography as a side business (we all have that friend) to take a few photos for you on your graduation day. They will probably be of similar quality and much more bang for your buck! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!
H	Helen Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Customer Service! My son had scheduled his 2022 Grad Photos with Artona and they were nothing but professional and courteous. Everything from booking his date and time to the actual day of his shoot ran smoothly. When it came time to order the Grad packages, we had a bit of a hiccup with ordering online, but a quick email to Amanda outlining the issues, she was able to answer me promptly and she helped me with completing my order. Granted the pricing was a little on the high side, Amanda helped me purchase my photos within my budget. My children’s high school has been dealing with Artona for a few years now and I have had nothing but wonderful service with them. With a little patience and open communication, you may be surprised with what Artona can do for you. Thank you to Amanda for allowing me to have wonderful memories of my son’s Graduation.

Not only the photographs are ridiculously expensive ($410 for digital photos only), but it also takes over a month to receive a simple link to download these digital photos without retouching. Shooting graduation photographs is obviously a very lucrative business with no competitors. As a parent, I feel held emotionally hostage because I have to do it for my son so that he has some memory of this unique time of his life. Parents should honestly start asking schools or districts to reconsider this unfair and extremely expensive system. Why not investing in equipment and having students do it by themselves and for themselves?

My sons school chose this company for Grad 2022 photos and I wish they hadn’t. We don’t like any of the photos, they are dark and somewhat blurry. The photographer didn’t even put the school sash on until the end when I questioned her about it, then had to scramble to redo all her photos. I was told I had to pay a $60 deposit, but was told don’t worry you get that back when you order. No mention whatsoever that there was a 90 day limit to order or you forfeit the money back to Artona. So congratulations Artona on the free $60 you’ve made off my family for us having to wait until we could afford your outrageous prices. I truly hope our school chooses a different company before my next kid graduates.
A	A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with The Artona Group for my graduation photos and I had a lovely experience with all of the photographers who were kind, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout the photoshoot. I received the link to my photos a few days later and they were beautiful! However, I noticed that the price of the photos were very costly and not within my budget as a newly graduated university student. I worked out a solution with Melissa to be able to purchase a package of photos that would fit within my budget. After purchasing my digital copies online, I received them less than 24 hours later in a link in my e-mail. They are still very costly, but they definitely are worth it since you are paying for professional, high quality work. I am definitely considering purchasing more photos now! Thank you Melissa and to the Artona team for such a pleasant experience.
