★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parked there, paid for 3 hours of parking. After the three hours was up, I went to pay for my car and the gate was closed. I called impark, they wouldn’t help me at all without lot number, and hung up on me while trying to get the information for them, and would not accept my call. About an hour and a half later of my calls being refused to be picked up, I finally had someone on the other line. By this time I had acquired the lot number. She told me the lot was closed by 10:00, which I was there by that time to get my car. After which she realized the lot was in fact closed at 11:00. One hour earlier than it was supposed to close. I explained how I needed my vehicle and I was working at the store, and she simply told me there’s nothing she could do and her answer wouldn’t change. I then asked for a manager to speak with or someone who had the authority to make something happen, and she refused to provide me with it. Absolutely terrible service and a terrible parking company. Never going to park at a impark lot again. They will screw you and won’t leave you with any options to deal with it.
