★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rely on Geek Squad as I am terrible with technology. I find their team of experts to be very helpful. They are patient and stick it out til the end. Honestly, whenever I end a logmein chat with them I sigh a sigh of relief. Worth the monthly fee for sure. Thank you GS xo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a 3 year warranty on my Google Pixel 2XL, which I have replaced once already with the Google store. Now that i am having issues again, and these guys just make it impossible to get a replacement. They told me my plan is suspended on their computer even though I continue to pay it every month. I have already spent 2 hours on the phone, getting bounced to different departments, trying to get it sorted and even had to send an email with proof of replacement.
Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankyou so much agents Mike and Tanner for doing a wonderful job installing my TV wall mount and sound bar.
But the most amazing part about my experience is that they both took their time to ensure that I understood all of the features of my new TV. I am not all that technically inclined and they took as much time as I needed so that at the end of the installation, I felt very confident that I didn’t need them to “move in” so that I could work out all of these fun features. They made it fun and took their time. Amazing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ at the time of purchasing a brand new laptop at best buy in west van, we were offered service for a monthly fee which we can cancel anytime. we decided we don't need it since the laptop is only 6 months new... when contacted to cancel, were told we have to pay a 'service fee' of $240 minus the 6months payment we made for nothing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The truth about the Geek Squad Warranty:
I paid for an expensive Geek Squad protection plan for my cell phone. They do not mention to you when they sold it that there is a $100 fee for a new phone, and an $800 deposit for the new phone that only gets reversed once they receive the old phone. The new phone I got was not able to charge or turn on even consistently. I took it to this Geek Squad a few times and they said I could only do it over the phone. After that, my health declined and I was never able to send back either phone before the time period elapsed. So now I'm out over $1000 after credit card interest and Geek Squad is not willing to do anything. Taking money for services not rendered is fraud and I wish I was healthy enough to expose this further with legal action. Best Buy and Geek Squad are complicit and from other reviews it appears their dishonest practices and service knows no bounds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, my money had been Withrow from my account ! I called 6 times none of them knew the reason and when I asked them to connect me to their supervisor, first they said there is not any available supervisor, and told me her supervisor will call mi within 24 hours...but I did not received any call in 3 days! then I called them after 3 days and ask them to connect me to their supervisor and then shockingly when their supervisor answered angrily and asked me who connected you to me and why ?!!! and he kept me on waiting to figure out and then he hang up the phone!!!
So Disappointed!!!!
