Because we had an emergency situation, they were able to come in at short notice, survey the situation and re-activate an old alarm system, being creative and flexible about how best to help us in the late Friday afternoon before we all go home with a peace of mind for the weekend.
From manger, sales to the young man installing the office alarm for us are exactly what you want and the type of people you would want to deal with when it comes to your company or home security.
Highly highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! Called the company to get a quote for our new building we are constructing and this the reply I got from the owner..."We normal just don’t run around bidding jobs unless we think there a good chance in getting it, we don’t play that game".
This is definitely a good way to deter a potential customer...I was absolutely blown away at the response to a serious inquiry. Why would anyone use this company when there are plenty of other companies who actually care for new business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a small issue with 2 of my security cameras malfunctioning with playback. I called John, who took time out of his busy schedule to listen to my issue, and with a quick reboot and 15 minutes of his time over the phone, the problem was resolved. For the last 10 months, and telephone calls to other 'specialists' who either did not return my call, or who agreed to send two men out to the house, but never followed up, John's service went above and beyond. So hard to find today. Thank you John for superior customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our alarm system in the laneway house went haywire at night. We weren't even customers of Atlas, but managed to reach them afterhours to ask for a technician. Rod promptly responded and with great knowledge of alarms, speed, and kindness solved our very loud alarm problem. Rod and Atlas definitely saved the day for us and the neighbours!
