★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice at two different locations I was abruptly told "we don't have that" before employee even looked. I was just asked by the clerk if I "expected him to know" what model faucet. YES! You work at the store that sells the parts, I do expect you at least help me out and look! I don't work at a plumbing store and i'm not a plumber. Do you expect me to know? So rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed by the customer service of Trevor from the parts department. He went above and beyond to find a small part that i needed to get ordered. Its a cheap part, so there isn't much profit for the store but he provided an equally great service like if i was placing a large order.

I wanted a very specific vanity for a bathroom (which they are a distributor for) staff at this location told be they don’t carry it and then made a snide comment about how they don’t control what’s on others website. Went to our vehicle and called the Surrey store which ordered it and were perplexed why 3 sales staff didn’t know they can order the item. Maybe my lowly cheap vanity purchase wasn’t up to their level. Shame as we ended up with our Grohe shower, Kohler mirrors and all other accessories for our bath from the other store .. it’s odd as the Emco side with plumbing parts staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile ..
