β β β β β Awful customer service experience today with the older Asian salesperson - boy did she not want to sell us a toilet! Rude, condescending answers to all 5 of my super normal questions like βdoes Toto have toilets in colours other than white?β Despite telling us they donβt make them, their site has about 8 different ones to choose from?? Other similar questions met with impatience and attitude - poor woman had us in the store for all of 2 minutes!! Sad because we planned to purchase today.. Oh wellβ¦

β β β β β Went in to buy a pipe, and at least 5 employees saw me, but didnβt bother to greet me. I waited over 5 minutes while they all stood around chatting. Donβt go to this location if you want somebody to acknowledge you. Staffing doesnβt seem to be the problem. 1st Ave location has decent staff that actually want to help!

β β β β β I stopped by to hunt down a small screw for my shower control and the sales consultant Corynne was super helpful and showed me how to complete my repair. I didn't end up needing anything this time but I am very comfortable doing business with this company in the future. I was also surprised to learn how long they have been around (1892) and is still BC owned and operated.
