Definitely recommend for new home builders, business owners and people who’re looking for a great security automation company out there.

I'm normally very hesitant but Dirk and co. were absolutely informative and honest about their system and what it could provide. Our family has been very happy about this system and even more so with the level of customer service. I was so impressed that I had another system installed for my elderly mother which has also been perfect for her. I feel comfortable knowing that if my mother needs help, she has the right system set up for her. Highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Empower! Installed the latest system that also came with video doorbell, door lock, and garage door opener. Ray was patient with us and took the time to carefully go through everything and made sure we where happy with everything. Installer was also amazing and took the time to have us trained on the new system. I would highly recommend this company and the service they provide, top notch!

The system itself is incredible and allows us to secure our home in so many ways with a few key automation features, all at such a good price. I highly recommend Empower and the service they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a false alarm with some of our basement sensors. Empower Admin stepped in and we had a tech to the house within a few days. He was well prepared with covid protocols and we were very happy with the services they provided. They replaced some old sensors and tested the system. Overall very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are terrible and thieves. My contract with them was up and I moved to a different house and on to a different company for my security services. I spoke with Ray in May and ask for my services to be canceled as I was no longer living in the house. I asked for a formal correspondence stating that my services had been canceled, I got an email saying 'your account has been canceled'. After May I was still charged 3 additional times. I called and spoke with Ray who told me it was an error in their back end and it would be cleared up that day and that I would be refunded and that I would receive a formal correspondence that the account was canceled and that I would not be charged again. Didn't hear back from them for a couple of weeks, so I sent an email to them asking for an update and that they could resolve this ASAP. Well... Never heard back from them and I have been charged now a fourth time. These guys are thieves and have terrible business ehtic. Stay away from them... you're paying them to keep the thieves out of your house but in the end they'll end up robbing you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to stay away from this company for your own good! Their monitoring company went out of business and they stopped providing services more than a year ago. However, they kept charging me monitoring fees! I have been trying for months to cancel my contract but they did not answer my calls or replied my emails. Recently, I involved a notary public and have them a cancellation notice sent but they still haven't replied the notary's confirmation request!
