The staff are very helpful (Mark in particular) but are also happy to leave you be to have a browse. We've also gone in with queries about how to set up a rig or what lighting set ups would be best and the staff are really accommodating without the pressure of purchasing or trying to upsell you. Very pleasant experience, will definitely be back.

The one in Vancouver does have a ton of options and a bunch of knowledgeable quote who know what they're talking about. One in particular is Marley. Not only does this guy know his stuff, but he's also a pleasure to talk to when it comes to talking shop. I always enjoy going by the store and just seeing what's new and talking with the staff about different gear and tech. If there is a way, I buy my gear from them over Kerrisdale everytime because they are better priced, and even Amazon unless I absolutely have to because I want to support a Canadian store.

I know I can count on Henry's to answer any questions I have - they are always so patient and knowledgeable, on so many kinds of photography. 10/10. My last call was to get support for a studio lighting setup for home. The rep spent over an hour advising me and put items on hold for when I come in. Thank you! I am so grateful for this store.

There was no pressure from his end to 'buy big' and he really listened to my needs and made suggestions accordingly. I ended up going in to buy a camera and was helped by Alba. The staff in store is all very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well stocked and has a huge range of products.

I'm glad I came in the day Mark and Corey were working. They've made my first time experience one to remember! Always will be thankful for the enthusiasm both employees brought, as well as their good customer service. Definitely recommend to ask for either employees. You won't be disappointed!

I was greeted with extremely pleasant staff. First time was Cory who was very knowledgeable and showed me all the lens options I had if I went with a Sony full frame system. The second time I went, I was greeted by Alba who was very friendly and gave me my options if I wanted to trade in my gear. I was never pressured into purchasing anything. I will for sure go back to Henry's once I am ready to make my purchase.

I came across Henry's one day by chance and within 2 minutes of entering knew I had found my Vancouver store. The sales reps were chill and knowledgeable. One of them even went and got his own camera from the back to show me a product that they didn't stock in the store and talked me through the pros and cons of it. Absolutely wonderful experience and happy to keep spending money with these guys!
