Snore MD Sleep Apnea Clinic Vancouver-Broadway

We found Snore MD after a not so great experience with another sleep apnea clinic. Krysten was honest and thorough from the start. My mom and I are so pleased with the service so far.

As a person who dreaded having to use a Cpap machine to reduce my apnea and improve my health, I'm genuinely happy to relate that I found the best place to begin my journey into this new phase of my life. With an amazing flow of information from staff, incredible patience in finding over the course of several weeks and visits the right machine and mask for my personal needs. I can't say enough about how thorough and professional and friendly my experience was at Snore MD! I've transitioned from the first month of testing and experimenting with the right machines and masks, finally settling on the combo I'm using now, to 5 straight months of being fully adjusted to the Cpap lifestyle. I'm more rested, my frequent trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night to pee have all but been eliminated, which is a great side benefit. My apnea non breathing instances have been almost entirely eliminated from my sleep pattern. Snore MD is a FANTASTIC place to seek relief from apnea issues, I sincerely mean that without hesitation!

I had an amazing experience at Snore MD and I highly recommend them! Krysten and Megan were excellent. Krysten was the specialist who helped me and went above and beyond in assisting me with my CPAP. They even have free water refills for the machine. On top of providing great care initially, they continue to check in on me and monitor my sleeping patterns. I feel much better using my machine. Snore MD is very lucky to have these two very qualified and kind people.

My name is Racquel Gibbeson I just wanna say the lady her name Britney and Abby here at snore MD Broadway at 541 w Broadway. it's in a close to skytrain and Broadway they're very good they did explain everything to me as much as they can to make it easier for me to understand and how to use the cpap.

Mostly a very good experience, but I have some concerns about an issue relating to the Ozone Sanitizer CPAP Cleaner they sell. As a new customer, who moved from another sleep clinic with poor customer service, I was pleased with my treatment, service and the promptness of their response to my enquiries. They arranged for me to receive a replacement ResMed CPAP machine, using my extended health care benefits. I purchased, for an additional out-of-pocket fee, an extended warranty for my CPAP machine, that included a mini CPAP cleaner, along with a couple of other items. When I researched how best to use the cleaner I discovered that ResMed's warranty excludes potential damage caused by the ozone cleaning machine. So, if I used the cleaning machine, that came as part of my extended warranty package, the ResMed CPAP machine warranty would be void! Needless to say, I was surprised and very disappointed to make this discovery. I would expect a sleep apnea clinic to be familiar with the benefits and limitations of the products they sell. I asked for a refund on the extended warranty and met with Abby, the clinical coordinator. She was professional and sympathetic. She assured me they would provide additional information to customers about the cleaner and promised she would take this important issue up with clinic management. I don't doubt that she followed though, but when I checked the Snore MD website today I notice that they continue to sell the "SMD Mini SPAP Cleaner" without clarifying that using it actually voids the warranty of ResMed CPAP machines they sell. This review is in response to the the very kind 1 month follow-up email message I received a few days ago from Snore MD. I was asked to rate them by clicking a link included in their email.

Yay, Abby for going above & beyond in customer service this eve! I was in a pinch for a back up machine on my way to USA and she offered my partner helpful options, including staying late so we could get to her site. Not, in the end, needed - but her CARE is super appreciated.

Starting from my first time consultation, staff was very customer oriented, a geniune approach to assist new customer like myself. Address my endless inquiries specially the comfort level from different types of mask and my new upgraded Cpap machine which was made possible through Abby's assistance. Working hand in hand to facilitate a concise treatment for me, I could not thank enough Brittany with her professional knowledge, concise instruction with a friendly demeanour that makes the Broadway team exemplifies unrivalled customer service.

Not only was this an enjoyable experience but the staff helped me ensure I had a great mask fit , walked me through the options and ensured i was doing OK post purchase. All of the information that surrounds CPAP can be over whelming but these folk made it simple as could be and I appreciate it .
