D	Dave J J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid I park. Fine for expired meter $68 if paid in 7 days or $89 after. Criminals for a minimal mistake. City and other companies have wayower fines. Avoid Impark everywhere and pass this on to your friends. Absolutely criminal.

Impark ticketed us before the expiration time and on the very same night we provided evidence of paid parking via their website as they require. They asked "[to] not call [them] to follow-up on [our] request" and that stated "[they] will respond to [our] submission within 2 business days". Unsurprisingly they did not get back to us for 1.5 months, when we receive a final notice letter. We immediately called the number provided in the letter, Melissa answered the phone and was not helpful at all despite being able to verify that all the information I provided was correct. They explained that the stall was restricted/reserved for Whole Foods shoppers, and having parked literally one spot over this imaginary line we should have paid using a different machine by Whole Foods, at a farther distance from the stall. We had and still have a valid receipt for our parking (WE REGULARLY PAID AT AN IMPARK MACHINE!) which was NOT expired at the time they issued the ticket. On the other hand they untactfully stated that we could have gotten one free hour with any Whole Foods purchase. Thanks for nothing. Pure money grab, disgusting how this operates and gets away with it. We won't use any Impark lots for the time being and we are telling friends and family to stay away from them. They don't deserve anyone's business.
c	cK Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a ticket for exceeding 2 hour limit at an ev charging stall while the signs by the stalls allow max 4 hour parking. Called Impark to dispute, and they say they can only rely on the parking patroller’s words and couldn’t help cancelling the ill-issued notice. I was also told by Impark rep that Impark does not keep ticket purchase records at the lot, so the users are responsible for keeping their physical tickets or purchase histories. If you get a parking notice, and you do not have evidence to prove that you paid for parking, be prepared to pay up.
