I called the store to ask if they had the part in stock before I got in the car to drive across town. They did not have the part, so glad I called first, but for a small charge, offered to have it sent from their store in Calgary to my home. The part was delivered to my home by Canada Post on Monday morning. The part was reasonably priced and the delivery charge was reasonable, certainly worth the cost of time and gas if I had driven over to the store. Thank you to the staff at Reliable Parts and to Canada Post.
B	Barry Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The online ordering system processes your payment and messages you to "WAIT FOR A "READY FOR PICKUP" EMAIL". After waiting for 2 days I had to phone - to find out it's backordered. Then I was given the option to pay for shipping from an out of province location (RP wouldn't pick-up the shipping charge). Why doesn't the ordering system reflect a BO status? Why are customers not notified and have to inquire as to where the parts are that have been ordered? Not So Reliable Parts.
P	Przemek Orfin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently ordered some replacement parts for my LG washing machine. The price was much higher then any other on-line supplier. I didn't mind to pay up a "premium" expecting OEM parts and quality service. Turned out to be quite opposite. One part was not as my original and there was no way to explain to the reps that I didn't receive the original part for my machine. Even sending pictures didn't help (photo enclosed in this review ,WHERE IS WALDO? ) - if one can't see the difference between the two gaskets must suffer from serious vision impediment. Just keep in mind once you place an order - you're on your own. There is no after-sales support , only ping-pong game: "it's not my department" , " this is the right part", etc... I can't believe this people are OFFICIALLY authorized by LG to represent them. Two stars are for quick shipping - I have to admit that.

I called him for parts, the system was down, he called me back within 20 minutes and gave me my answer. Although the parts discontinued from manufactured, he told me my only course of option. I phoned in and confirmed the item is actually in stock and after a couple of minutes of a wait the sales person confirmed the item is in stock. Parking in the area is limited to street parking and it is busy during the day. I’m giving 5 stars for this review mainly because of the sales persons service at the store. Offered me an alternative part that was more economical. Really appreciated the service.

They are always willing to help out whenever possible (as long as they're not too busy). Great for professionals and DIY people. Helped me with a part for my Whirlpool Quiet Partner 2 upper rack wheel and clip. Although the new clip looks different from the original it is a new replacement version as stated on their website.

I was able to purchase my part and pick up the next day, while also being able to remove the unavailable items from my order by calling in and got a prompt refund.
