After a week of discussion about the prices, we decided to go with CAS. We were about to go through with the purchase until we requested for something in writing with the breakdown of the costs and terms of the sale and returns. They were not willing to provide us anything, unlike a number of the other appliances stores we visited. Albeit may have been company policy, it was just something I was uncomfortable with so I convinced my husband to just go with another place. We told the representative we decided not to go through with the purchase as to not leave them hanging, but in return they threw a tantrum on the phone and implied we wasted their time and lied to them about going through with the purchase. We had a few emails exchanges and perhaps 2-3 5 minute phone calls with the sales representative during the whole week of discussion, so in no way did we significantly used up their precious time. My husband originally wanted to consider purchasing from them for another project but guess that bridge has now been burned.
B	Blair Russel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in March 2022, I bought the Samsung front load washer and dryer, model series 45R6300 from Canadian Appliance by phone from Aria Modara. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The washer and dryer delivery was on time, and the boys took away my old appliances, thanks. The installation was straight forward, and both appliances are working perfectly. My wife loves the new features, especially the wrinkle free drying.

I requested a quote online and Savleen was very helpful, providing a better price than the sale price shown online. Delivery drivers were very quick and careful. Will definitely look here first next time I need an appliance!

He said he hoped he could hold them... I said, I was confused because ... I had a 25% deposit Before they got back to me ....someone sold my cooktop No worries, they had one in Calgary well that only comes If they have a full truck. I said ...well when was the last one? ...6 mos ago. No worries we have a demo you can buy but you have to see it in person so I drive 1.5 hrs to see it. Oh but now we can't hold it fir delivery you have to pick up I pick up. Bring home Give the cooktop to the counter guy Unbox oven a week later from undamaged box but huge whammy in the back. They offered me a $100 discount on a $4500 oven. Absolutely insulting. Ill never order from them ever again. This is all based on the HEAD OFFICE and COMPANY POLICIES AND ETHICS. Not necessarily my salesperson. My recommendations....... get a price from them then take it to someone local and if local can't do it.... goto home depot I'd literally prefer HD over CAS

The sales person was very nice to deal with even though we called late on a Saturday, after our dryer broke down. They gave us a fair price, competitive with all other vendors, and setup the delivery for the following Tues (much quicker than others we found). Delivery was quick and we are happy with our new dryer. Good product and interaction all around. Would buy from them again in the future.
