β β β β β Iβve enjoyed very much my pre and post natal classes at Γphoria yoga. They have knowledgeable teachers that help you exercise in a safe way. Itβs also a great place to connect with other mothers and share experiences.
Try their yoga in the park! Loved it!

β β β β β We held my daughterβs birthday party here. Tara and Skyla did a fantastic job with the kids leading them through a yoga class, dance party, and craft. It was extremely easy as a parent to host the birthday here. We just brought food and limited decorations. The kids had a blast and were entertained the entire time. The parents said their kids loved the party. my daughter said it was the best party ever. Itβs a bit different than some of the typical birthday hot spots, I think the kids loved that it was something new. Thank you to the amazing team at Uphoria for pulling this off! I

β β β β β Tara and her team are unbelievable. We held my son's birthday party here. The space is gorgeous, they set up everything (activities, live music!) and they helped with all clean up and set up. Really great value and such a fun event!! We'll be back for sure.

β β β β β I've been attending a parent and tot yoga class at Uphoria Yoga for a few weeks. The owner and class instructor have both been very welcoming and kind. The class is well structured, studio room is tastefully decorated, and the facility is kept very clean. I really appreciate their offerings as a family friendly studio and have observed that they attract a wonderful clientele. I look forward to bringing my child here and enjoy the interaction with other parents and children.

β β β β β I would highly recommend this studio! I've been going to the prenatal and fusion prenatal+fitness classes here and it's been nothing but a great experience time and time again. The space is beautiful and calming. The instructors always make you feel welcome and there is no pressure to get it "right" per say, they always encourage doing things at your own comfort level/pace. I look forward to attending the post-natal classes in the future. The owners are so sweet and friendly too!

β β β β β My daughter has been attending their preschool yoga class. She came home and told us the yoga poses that she learned from the class. I'm so glad that she had so much fun there. The owners and staffs are always friendly. Awesome teacher and very clean and beautiful studio. Highly recommend!

β β β β β We held our daughter's birthday party today at Uphoria Yoga and had an amazing experience. Tara was so helpful throughout the whole process. She was ready to assist logistically and checked in during the party to see if our needs were being met. The kids had a wonderful time from the yoga class to the craft activity and the dance party. The facility is amazing and the yoga space is absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this facility if you want to hold a unique birthday party for your little one. Thank you Uphoria Yoga for such a great memory!

β β β β β Great for kids birthday parties!
Held my daughter's birthday party here February 2022, and had a great experience working with Tara to produce a really fun experience for my kid and her classmates. Tara was super responsive in planning and also was flexible in choices of dance/yoga program, music, crafts, and number of kids attending.
The yoga space is absolutely beautiful, with a front room space perfect for decorating and kid sized tables and chairs. The studio in the back is huge, with amazing lights that change colours. The instructor was great with the kids and they had fun dancing to Encanto!
Thank you Tara for a wonderful birthday experience, we will be back again :)
