โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to Hot Yoga 101 since last summer.
It is one of my favourite mind and body exercises that I never want to scape it, no matter how busy my days are or how tired I am.
Instructors are great, lovely and energetic. Staffs are so helpful and friendly.
This studio is the best to change your routine.

โ โ โ โ โ I first started attending classes at Hot Yoga 101 two years ago. This studio was my first hot yoga experience. The classes are beginner and advanced yogi friendly as the instructors give you different variations of the poses that you can work through. The main reason I continuously decide to take classes here is because of the environment. The instructors are friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. They make the effort of getting to know you by name which I find very unique and professional. The classes enable you to make progress as you continue to practice and become more comfortable with the flow. I especially enjoy the classes taught by Stephanie. She is motivating and always happy to see you! An excellent experience here, showers and parking are also available which makes coming here even more convenient.

โ โ โ โ โ I've been visiting this studio for more than 4 years since I moved to Vancouver and I love it. Great teachers with kind attitude, tidy and clean changing rooms and shower facilities, positive vibes, hot air. I feel rejuvenated and relaxed every time after taking the class. I brought my Mum once who is in her 60s and doesn't speak English, and she also had a pleasant experience of doing hot yoga, which helped her to get over jet lag.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been a practitioner at this studio for over 15 years and have nothing but rave reviews. I love their 26-2 yoga series and the hot pilates is incredible. The room itself is beautiful and the teachers and front desk staff are friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. It is a warm and welcoming community.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve been a student at Hot Yoga 101 for over 10 years, and I can honestly say that it has changed my life. When Iโm stressed, I go to yoga 101, when Iโm down, 101, when Iโm full of energy, I go to this class and even when I donโt want to goโฆI go because everything in my life is better when I get in the studio. The teachers and front desk staff are wonderful, and the facilities are clean and inviting. Since Iโve begun my practice, I have gained strength and confidence, lost weight, sleep better, deal with stress more effectively and generally function in a more balanced way in my day to day life. Itโs tough at first, but sticking with this practice has been the best thing I have ever done for myself. Literally a life saver on a weekly basis! Try this class, then try it over and over until you canโt live without it! Thank you Hot Yoga 101!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to this studio forever at least 5+ years. I love the instructors and everyone there, it feels like a family they take the time to get to know you. They only want to see your smiling face and show up for yourself. I love Lisa, Stephanie and Danny the best, I try other instructors but they are my favorites. During the shut down they offered online live sessions and it was almost like being there and felt so nice to connect virtually while we were all isolated. I will continue supporting Hot Yoga 101 for as long as possible.

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely recommend this studio! The studio is clean and takes all necessary covid safe precautions. The classes are hot and the schedule offers many options. The staff is amazing and really makes an effort to get to know their members. The teachers are kind, caring and very good at what they do. Hot yoga has changed my body and mind in the most positive way. Hot yoga 101and the environment it has provided me will be apart of my routine forever.
