I have not a single negative thing to say about my experience at Olive. I was always met with kindness and compassion and questions, calls, emails, anything were always responded to quickly.

They were all very supportive and reassuring throughout the process of egg retrieval which in my personal experience was a painful and scary procedure. It helped to feel they were all there trying to make me more comfortable and I felt secure in their care. I really hope this round of IVF will be successful, but in the case that it isn’t, I am happy knowing they will take the best care of me.

Dr.Taylor and her nurses are excellent and always get back to me in a timely manner. With that said, on occasion I have had to advocate for myself and request some tests to be done. There could be some improvements with wait times. The clinic is so busy it takes a long time to get in for any appointments. My particular case is time sensitive, I don’t have time to waste! Less clients equals better quality of care that patients like us need.
D	Dominique Vallee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with Olives for 3 years now. Dr Tallon and team have been really patient with us as we weren’t quite ready to do IVF yet. We tried fertility medications, IUI’s, and hoping more time would help us. We finally decided to do IVF with the egg retrieval in December and we just did an embryo transfer. Every appointment, blood test, ultrasound, big day moment has been a great experience with the whole team. They make you feel special and cared for at every step. Hopefully we will get a positive test soon ??

Every time I’ve dealt with Olive it has been a pleasant experience. They’re staff are cool yet professional. I’ve had succes both times we’ve done a transfer and I would say it’s largely due to the close watch and care of the nurses and doctors. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to create a family!

So I wasn’t coming to this clinic to try to have a baby but to save try to save my ovaries through chemotherapy. They have been able to give me a treatment to help not becoming menopausal from chemo. This clinic has been super helpful and caring I highly recommend this place for any troubles you might be having!

Dr Taylor was lovely during the initial consult, but after that was very cold and unfriendly with me. I never felt informed on my treatment and had quite a few prescription and scheduling mishaps from Olive during my year as a patient. I am grateful that the treatment worked and excited to have a family, but the last year was incredibly difficult and painful. Feeling knowledgeable about my treatment and cared for by my doctor would have made this a less frightening and uncomfortable experience. Especially when considering every appointment was being performed on such an intimate body part while you are in the most vulnerable position. I have written into the clinic about my experience twice; once in November and once in January, and they never bothered to respond, so now here it is in a google review. One star because the treatment worked. Can’t give more to them, because they didn’t give more to me.

Dr Beth Taylor is my main doctor. She is kind, patient, compassionate, technically gifted and intelligent. She gave us our baby boy and continues to help us as we try for a second. I’m a physician myself (age 45) and this experience has helped me to learn how to be a better. doctor. Absolutely top notch. I’ve compared Olive to many other centres and they are cutting edge and excellent at what they do. Thank you Dr Taylor for everything.
