I've bought a few knifes from Warriors and Wonders before that always arrived in perfect condition, including shipped fast and packaged properly.
Today I received a CRKT knive from them and it was poorly packaged. When I opened the brown cardboard box the CRKT box, (see attached photo), it arrived already opened just like the photo.
I called them and was told each knive is inspected before they ship them out. I had a small issue with my knife but with the help of Warriors and Wonders they helped me fix my knive so I didn't have to return it.
The knive wouldn't close AT ALL! If the knives are inspected before they are shipped, Allison who handled my order might want to not only make sure the knife can easily close but also secure the box so it's well taped.
I've never had a problem like this before and will continue shopping here, but it did kind of upset me.
Overall, their prices, shipping costs, shipping times, and customer service on the phone is amazing.
I also suspect that some CRKT knives are just not made well since switching to production in China. First and last CRKT knive I'll own but for the price you get what you pay for. It's not Warriors and Wonders fault minus the poorly packaged knive :)

I do wish they offered a few more shipping options besides Canada post as they seem to be the busiest but its ok. It doesnt reflect on the company and I totally understand the struggle logistics companies have with Covid, weather , staffing , etc. Thank you Blades Canada :) Really love the Artisan Cutlery Fulcrum/Proponent I got, really well priced and top notch care taken into packaging it for shipping by the awesome swift folks that make this place work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my experience ordering a few orders from here its a great place to order from for Canadians. Fast shipping and delivery. Ordered on a Monday and got it three provinces over Wednesday! My first order there was a issue with my card (just use the PayPal option and you wont have problems) and someone answered and we figured it out. Many places even answering the phone is too much. Thanks for the great service!

I was looking for this exact model for a long time with no luck. I messaged blades Canada on Instagram and they swiftly responded in less then a minute. They had it in stock and could ship it same day. I ordered it that same morning and I just received the next morning before I could go for brunch!! So happy with the fast service. Will definitely buy again!
