Went to the store in Richmond April 12 Followed store clerk’s suggestion bought an electric rice cooker with a non-stick surface Rice sticks after first use Went back to the store and hope to add money to upgrade to a better brand The clerk said no Said could not replace after being used But if you don't use it first how do you know that the product has issue? The quality of the product has issue but unwilling to be responsible and help customer to replace Unreasonable Especially to an 80 yr old customer

Pleasant and very helpful, while being COVID 19 safe. Was able to get our blender up and running

I used to love these guys for their competitive prices as well as quality service. As someone who has a whole bunch of Breville appliances, I would bring them to the shop and they’d get fixed. Especially the espresso machine I’ve had for 8 years needs repair every 16-18 months. Recently, my experience has been deteriorating. The last service fix, which took 4 months, due to Covid affecting the spare part availability, did not go so well. Brought the machine home after all the time only to discover the portafilter gasket is broken (it leaks pressure). So I need to make another trip back and spend another few weeks for this to get fixed. Hoping it’s going to be a warranty repair now. So just a suggestion to the owners/managers, please let your technicians know to QA their work but also an overall state of the machine before handing over to the customer. I’d even pay extra for the recommendation and repair just so I don’t need to bring it back all the way.

Did a great job repairing my Panasonic microwave. Quoted 1-2 weeks, was ready in 2 days. Very reasonable prices too and repairs come with a 3 month warranty!

My parents and I went to the store on Pender Street to buy a rice cooker today. Kaki was the staff to serve us. She is professional, friendly, and provide excellent customer service. We are very happy with our purchase. I highly recommend this store. Don’t miss out the Black Friday deals, great price.

Friendly service and very knowledgeable. Every time I've needed a handy home appliance (rice cooker, A/C, water boiler) I've come here. They carry high quality brands and know the important differences. The prices are similar to anything you'd find online so support a local business!
